Sears Holdings Names President Home Services Business Unit

Stu Reed to Lead Nation's Largest Provider of Home Services

Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) announced today that Stu Reed joined Sears Holdings as SVP and president -- Home Services.

Reed was most recently with Motorola, where he served as EVP and President, Mobile Devices, leading a $20 billion business. Prior to that role, he led the transformation of Motorola's global supply chain organization as EVP, Integrated Supply Chain, implementing process improvements that drove significant cost savings and improved customer service. He joined Motorola in 2005 after a more than 20 year career at IBM, where he served in leadership roles in manufacturing, strategy and systems.

Reed holds a Master of Science degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was appointed a Sloan Fellow. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in materials and logistics management from Michigan State University.
