Sears, Roebuck Promotes Steve Titus to Vice President and General Manager, Sears Dealer Stores

Sears, Roebuck and Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD), today announced the promotion of Steve Titus to vice president and general manager, Sears Dealer Stores, effective immediately.

In his new position, Titus is responsible for all strategic development, marketing, merchandising, finance, talent management, performance management, real estate, sales operations and relationship management of 818 independently owned and operated Sears stores. Titus reports to Mike McCarthy, senior vice president of retail operations for Sears, Roebuck and Co.

Most recently, Titus served as director, retail outlet stores since February 2005. Since joining Sears in 1971, Titus has held various operations, field management and hardlines business positions, including a previous assignment leading Sears Dealer Stores from 1993 to 1998. Titus holds bachelor's degrees in marketing and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Titus replaces Penny Katsaros, who is leaving Sears to pursue other opportunities.
