SHC ranked in the top 100 in the 2014 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces by The Dave Thomas Foundation
Once again, Sears Holdings is ranked in the top 100 in the 2014 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces by .
The rankings are determined by an analysis of a company’s adoption benefits (e.g., financial reimbursement and paid leave) available to employees that adopt. The Foundation compiled the results from survey data collected from nearly 500 U.S. employers. The release of the Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces List helps the Foundation increase foster care adoption awareness while celebrating those businesses that support adoptive families.
