SHC named one of this year鈥檚 25 鈥淏est Places to Work for Recent Grads”
Sears Holdings has been named one of this year’s 25 “Best Places to Work for Recent Grads.” ConnectEDU's annual “Best Places to Work for Recent Grads” survey identifies what the Class of 2014 is searching for as they begin their careers. This initiative identifies and acknowledges the employers who offer best-fit employment opportunities for entry-level candidates.
When asked, "Why work here?" an SHC representative said, "We assign our new college grads with meaningful projects that will make an immediate impact on the business they are supporting. We are currently in a state of transformation which allows new grads to really dive deep and make a big impact." Each company recognized offers employee benefits that promote work and life balance, a team-oriented company culture and opportunities for career growth.
SHC was named along with other major companies such as AT&T, BMO Harris Bank, Exelon, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Purina and Verizon. SHC was also accredited with this title in 2011.
